Catch Report - May / 2025

With the previous week ending with spawning and the weather turning cold this week the fishing was very slow but towards the end of the week a few fish started to feed and fourteen fish were caught to 76lb plus one 50.
Weather: Dry but cold northerly winds keeping temperatures down | Water Temp: | Air Temp: 16-23
With continued amounts of all be it small amounts of spawning the fishing still a bit slow
but everyone managing to catch and a total of seventeen fish caught up to 57lb.
Weather: Mainly dry and sunny | Water Temp: 18 | Air Temp: 20-23
Yet more spawning at the beginning of the week meant fishing still on the slow side, but everyone managing to catch and a total of seventeen fish caught up 51lb.

A difficult week with the fish not showing much interest in the bait and possibly feeding on the abundance of natural foods available in the lake, but everyone managing to catch and a total of thirteen fish up to 49lb caught
